Description

This Neo-Pure Pressure Regulator w/ Dual Check Valve 3/8″ QC, 60 PSI is designed for high pressure installations to protect water filtration devices by limiting water pressure and reducing water hammer. This prevents back flow water that could cause damage to your pump or back flow into your tank.

Operating Instructions for Pressure Regulator

• For the first operation, flush the product at a pressure of 7 kg/cm? (100 PSI), opening and closing the valve three times to ensure it meets the required operating standard.
  *Pressure regulated compressed air can also be used if needed.
• When the inlet pressure is equal to or lower than the set pressure of the pressure regulator (PSI), or when the pressure difference between them is too small, the internal valve body may not be fully pressurized, preventing the complete discharge of air from the pipeline. This may result in a delay in the activation of the pressure regulating function.
• It is recommended, during testing, to close the inlet for 30 seconds and then open it for 10 seconds, repeating this process 3-5 times. This will help the internal components and spring to engage properly and achieve stable pressure regulation.
