External Flow Control Valve – 180 Ml/Min For 18-Gpd Ro Systems

Description

External Flow Control – 180ml/min for 18 gpd Flow Controls (aka Flow Restrictors) are required for all RO systems and must be properly sized to the membrane capacity, typically 3-4 parts brine (drain water) to 1 part permeate (product water). The FR-180-JG is simple to install – just push the 1/4″ tube firmly into the quick connectors. Specifications:

• 1/4″ QC x 1/4″ QC
• Quick and easy installation
• RO Membrane Flow Rate: 18 GPD
• Drain Flow Rate: 180 ml/min
• Rinse Ratio: approximately 4:1 (drain:RO)

NOTE: To optimize the efficiency and performance of the RO system, we recommend the installation of a Permeate Pump.
